1.How to order samples from LEDE?
The way to process sample order is: we will issue proforma invoice (P/I)immediately after receiving buyer's order request,buyer confirm that all thedetails on the P/I are correct, then pay according to the payment term on the P/I, we will send out samples in 7 workdays after we received payment.
2.Does LEDE accept small order?
LEDE accept small orders with sample fee, and not excced 5 pcs samples. After agents tested sample then we go to MOQ 2000pcs order.
3.What if we found the sample is inferior quality?
LEDE guarantee good quality LED light, LEDE will refund if the samples failed or in inferior quality.
4.How to pay LEDE?
For small order (less than US$1000) or sample order, please pay us via 100% T/T in advance, Papal or Western Union., For large orders, we would like to recommend T/T; We usually collect 30% of total amount as deposit, and collectthe balancebefore shipment, please send us the copy of remittance slip once the payment done, so we can check with our bank and confirm to you once the payment arrive LEDE account.
5.Is it safe to buy LED light from LEDE?
All our products have a 2 year warranty.
6.Lead time
Lead time of large order is 20 to 35 working days after receiving deposit; leadtime of sample orders is 3 to 7 working days after we receive payment.
7.How long can I get samples?
Usually buyers will receive samples in 8 working days (5 working days toprocessing samples, 3 working days to ship the samples by UPS/DHL/FedEx/EMS)
8.Why does LEDE need 5 working days to prepare samples?
Usually we will need 1-3 days to make samples, then we will do 48hours (2 days)to do aging test for all LED light, to make sure quality is OK.
9.Does LEDE accept OEM orders?
Sure! We have 5 years OEM experience in LED lighting.
10.How to ship your order?
We usually ship small order by air. There are many international couriers for your option, such as DHL, FedEx, UPS and China EMS. If you already have account with DHL, UPS or other couriers, you can advise us in advance and we can send the goods under your account.We usually ship large orders by sea. In general, the ocean shipment will spend more days than by air. So the shipping way is subject to your demand inadvance. And customs clearance paperwork and procedures will be handled by the forwarder.In case of any additional documentation, LEDE will assist the forwarder with it as much as possible.
11.How to track your order during shipment?
For small order shipped by international courier (UPS/DHL/FedEx/EMS), SUNDOPTwill send you tracking No. after samples went out, you can check the order status on courier's website. For Large orders shipped by sea, you can check with your shipping agent.
12.Warranty statement
This warranty statement is valid for All LED lights(include LED tube, LED downlight, LED ceiling light, LED panel light,LED flood light) manufactured by LEDELighting. (LEDE product has a 2 year warranty from the date of shipmentfrom LEDE Lighting factory,product failure within this period which are related to defective materialand/or workmanship will be repaired or completely replaced free of charge tocustomer.
Excluded from warranty claims is the normal degradation of LED light outputover time. Damage of the products through inappropriate or negligent handlingcan not be claimed under warranty conditions. Freight, handling, insurancecharges for sending defective products back to LEDE must be paid by customers,while freight, handling, insurance charges for sending the repaired/replacedproduct back to customer will be paid by LEDE.
Products sending back request must be confirmed by LEDE before shipment,customer must prepare corresponding documents (for China custom clear use)under LEDE guidance. LEDE has the right to reject any unconfirmedproduct return.LEDE will not be liable for incidental or consequential lossesor damages to any nature, including but not limited to lost profits or commercial loss, to the fullest extent that those losses or damages can bedisclaimed by law.
13.What is the difference between EXW and FOB Shenzhen?
EXW Shenzhen means buyers collect orders at LEDE factory, buyers afford all the expense from LEDE factory to buyers' place,buyers need to do custom clearance with china customs. If buyers have shippingagent (forwarder) in China, they can close the deal under EXW Shenzhen. If not, we would like to recommend FOB Shenzhen. We usually quote based on EXW Shenzhen.
